Gateway Church is a place where you can feel at home, worship God and fellowship with other Christians.
About Us
We are a group of people who love doing life together. We are committed to serving God first and foremost and then serving each other as a community.
Sundays
Our Sunday begins with coffee served in the community café from 9:30-9:45 followed by a service at 10 in our main auditorium. Contemporary praise and worship led by our band is followed by biblical teaching by Pastor Chris Vaz and leaders at Gateway as well as visiting guest speakers.
Our congregation is made up of people of all age groups. Gateway Kids is our Sunday School ministry for the younger ones, and the youth have a special session twice a month, mid-way through the service.
Connect Groups
In March 2022 we launched our Connect Groups, adopting the “small and wide” approach of building relationships in smaller gatherings.
We have 13 Connect Groups across our region. If you’re not yet part of a Connect Group, we encourage you to get in touch with us so we can “connect” you.

What should I expect?
Our Sunday teams will give you a warm welcome and will be happy to answer any questions or point you in the right direction. Our service is quite lively and informal: feel free to join in or just hang out and take it all in.
Where can I park?
There are a number of car parks around the town which you can use.
What should I wear?
We have a relaxed and informal approach so you can dress as you feel comfortable.
What about my kids?
We have great groups for all ages. Our team will do our best to help look after you children with love and care while you can spend time with your creator.
